    Hi Alok,

    I am still facing an issue when trying to download the XXKB3 firmware. I am getting following network error.

    "NetworkError: 403 Forbidden - https://app.box.com/index.php?rm=box_download_shared_file&shared_name=6ye0k9wo2lb5yplw2bq8&file_id=f_12267702946"

    Can you please help me resolve this?
