Step 1:

  Firstly, after you install IObit Uninstaller you would see a window as shown in above picture, as shown in the picture put a check-mark in Batch uninstall and then put check-marks in front of those programs/apps from the list  that fit our criteria as mentioned above to uninstall after that  click on Uninstall button and assist in the progress (In simple terms just do next, you get the idea) when finished, Select Powerful Scan then if you get a pop up saying no leftovers found then good otherwise we would see a pop up with files and check-boxes Make Sure you select all that check-boxes and then delete. Once complete restart your computer.

Step 2:
The above step should be finished before moving ahead, it is recommended that you uninstall all that fit the criteria especially browsers and antiviruses should not be present before proceeding

Install this FREE trial AntiVirus from ESET (Nod32) and perform a scan, to download click here and select ESET NOD32 antivirus (i want trial) from the download page.

  Once downloaded, install the Antivirus and scan your computer, this will take time depending upon the amount of data you have stored. This will ensure all the Viruses, Trojans, Keyloggers, malwares will be thoroughly checked and removed.

Step 3:
Now that the scan has disinfected your system we are sure  of no infections but there will be many corrupted files where your browser may still open ads and stuff like those, to restore the default windows files we need to delete all the current user accounts, Lets repair to make your system brand new.
1. Create a user account by going into Control Panel -> find  User Accounts then Manage Accounts then Add a new user, Now we would backup only those data which could be erased due to account deletion(this will not affect any other drives) copy all necessary files from Desktop, Downloads, Documents and if you have outlook export .pst file to some external drive then restart your system but this time log on to the new user account, then
2. Delete all the old user accounts from the Manage user Accounts to be sure of no corrupt system files remain.

Remember this, If you have a good updated Antivirus Software these things will never happen. So, install Good AntiVirus Software with Firewall to stop Hacks. Now, you can install the browser of your choice and replace this trial version of Antivirus with a good one, below are my recommendations.
